When it comes to “returns” we are committed to providing our customers with the best customer service.

To request a return, you must contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return request made beyond 30 days will be refused. To contact us, click on the “contact us” link at the top of our website and include a reference to your order number as well as the reason why you wish to return the item.

Please note that shipping is never refunded and a restocking fee of 20% may apply on non-damaged items that are returned.

Upon approval, we will provide you with the RMA number along with the address where to return the item. You will need to write the RMA number on the box and return it to the address provided. It is strongly recommended that you provide us with the tracking code from UPS or Fedex or USPS when returning an item so we can keep track of the shipment back to our warehouse.

A refund will then be issued as per our return policy once the item is received.

Return Policy

We can only accept returns on new and unopened product or defective products.
Contact us for a return number RMA before sending the item back.
Defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model.
Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials.
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these are missing, you will be charged.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received without an RMA number, freight collect, not approved for return, or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused., example below:

You may return any unopened Brand New product within 30 days of your product`s shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Please note that All returns must have an RMA#.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
